The Teens of St. Clair
Teens today are high-tech, low relatioinal. Their culture is very different from youth culture only a few years ago. Their lives are complicated by blended families, single parent homes, and a world that is so commercial as to deny the reality and necessity of close relationships in life. Here it is not about htings, but people. We learn the teachings of Jesus and apply them, changing as we do.
St. Clair's FIREPROOF Student Ministries makes a difference in the lives of teens, their friends, their families, and the communities in which we all live. We understand that we are not any better than those who haven't met Jesus yet, but we are forgiven, and tasked with the ministry of sharing the One we know. We would love to have you join us and find out for yourself.
We meet together for a variety of fun, games, worship, devotions, and spiritual challenge on:
Sundays at 9:30 am
Wednesdays dinner is at 6:00 with our meeting following from 6:30 til 8:15 pm
Sundays 5:30-6:30 Share Groups
Special Events announced ahead of time.
The Teens lead the evening worship service quarterly, and help in many ways in various programs. They put on specials (like at Christmas) and do a fabulous job with their various skills and talents.
TEEN MISSION TRIP COMING UP NEXT SUMMER. Last year we went to the Appalachians to minister to folks in need. Next summer we will go to Daytona Beach to minister to Haitian children. Pray for the group of students and leaders as they travel there and serve the Lord.
