About Us
St. Clair Ave. Baptist Church is a group of like-minded people, with a vision to reach out to our friends, neighbors, and surrounding community. Our purpose is to provide a place where the lost can be led to Jesus and the faithful can serve using their God-given talents.
Praise Centered
We blend a combination of old favorites as well as more contemporary songs and choruses. Musicians and singers lead us in our praise to God with many instruments and talents.
In all we do, we lift up the name of the Lord and make a joyful noise.
Family Centered
Children are a priority for us. Jesus admonished His followers to never stop children from coming to Him. We provide programs for little ones, led by people with a passion for children. Age appropriate teaching and worship are important. Yet we desire to have a family oriented ministry, so there are opportunities built in for whole family events and time together.

Our Goal
Our goal is to reach the lost around us for Jesus Christ, to re-establish contact with Christians who may have been away from a home church for an extended time, and to equip Christians to face the struggles of every day life. We want to send our members out into the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ, so that others may share with us in the joy of knowing Him, Whom to know is life eternal.
